Welcome to Radioofood. By accessing our website and engaging in business with us, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:
1. Nature of Business
Radioofood is an Egyptian-based company specializing in the export of agricultural crops (fruits and vegetables) and processed food products (pickles). All business transactions are conducted under the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and international trade regulations.
2. Order Specifications & Quality
All products are supplied based on the specifications agreed upon in the Proforma Invoice (PI).
We guarantee that our products meet the required phytosanitary and health standards of the destination country.
Any specific quality requirements (size, grade, packaging) must be documented in writing before the commencement of order processing.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are quoted based on Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, CFR) as agreed with the client.
Payment Terms: We generally accept payment via Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) or Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight, unless otherwise negotiated.
Orders will only be processed after the confirmed receipt of the agreed-upon deposit or financial instrument.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of agricultural crops, orders for fresh produce cannot be canceled once the loading process has begun.
For processed foods (pickles), cancellation requests must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of order confirmation.
5. Liability & Claims
Radioofood is not liable for delays caused by shipping lines, customs inspections in the destination country, or force majeure events.
Any claims regarding quality or quantity must be reported within 24-48 hours of receiving the shipment, supported by official inspection reports and photographic evidence.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, designs, and brand names (Radioofood), is the exclusive property of the company and may not be used without prior written consent.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from transactions with Radioofood shall be settled through friendly negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts in Egypt.
